Chelsea has the ability to help you feel connected. Always showing up authentically, her warm nature and down to earth energy is a strong support, encouraging you toward challenge and ease.
Enjoy a teaching style that is inclusive, dynamic and all about integrating play into everything we do. Yoga has been a part of Chelsea’s life for over 20 years in one form or another, beginning with breath and meditation at a young age. These practices evolved into deeper study of anatomy, safe movement and philosophy. Since being invited to teach at a small studio she quickly became a community-driven instructor, sharing the ancient roots of yoga and modern movement techniques.
When she isn’t on the mat, you’ll find her outside listening to the wind, waiting for the rain and searching for patterns in the soil. Mending and strengthening the bond between body, spirit and the interconnectedness of life. Constantly learning how to honour ourselves and express compassion and kindness to all.
